Shawn Black is an award-winning internationally published boudoir photographer based in Boston, MA. Couture Black, his boudoir brand established in 2013, focuses on body positivity and female empowerment, helping all women see themselves as beautiful and confident, hence his business tagline: #BeBoldBeSexyBeYou! When not in the studio photographing clients Shawn has expanded his role in the photography industry becoming the president of AIBP (Association of International Boudoir Photographers). He had been a member of the organization previously for 8 years and was named their 2019 Photographer of the Year before acquiring ownership of the organization in 2021. With AIBP it is his hope to further elevate the boudoir genre into the spot light of the photography industry as a whole.
